Arsene Wenger agrees to a new two years contract with Arsenal

This is certainly not the kind of news so many fans want to hear but the manager of Arsenal, Arsene Wenger has agreed to a new two years contract,which extends his 21 years reign at the club. Arsene Wenger and  Stan Kroenke, club owner met on Monday 29th May to determine the Frenchman's future, with the decision relayed to directors at a board meeting today.

Arsenal are planning to make the announcement official today.

The Gunners were fifth in the Premier League this season, the first time they have finished outside the top four since the Frenchman joined in the year 1996.
