Jean Babette Stein Best-Selling Author, commits suicide at the age of 83

Jean Babette Stein an American author and editor. who wrote best-selling oral histories has died in New York City at the age of 83. Authorities say Stein had committed suicide, The authorities said she killed herself by jumping from the penthouse floor of a building in upper Manhattan on Sunday 30th April and was pronounced dead at the scene.Stein was a former editor at the Paris Review Until her death on the last day of April 2017.
