 Rio Gavin Ferdinand an English former professional footballer and current television pundit for BT Sport who played as a centre-back.The former defender is however not letting himself go, He had continued to hit the gym in retirement. 

The 38 years old posed without a top to show off his gym body in a photo shoot for Men's Health magazine.
