A twitter user 'Milky' posted a photo of Skai Jackson an American child actress known for her role as Zuri Ross in the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie claiming she was her sister who was missing in the Manchester concert explosion, which killed 19 people instantly and left a number of about 59 people injured.
