Man caught stealing tubers of yam at Onitsha main market (photo)

An unidentified man, dark in complexion about 5.2 feet tall was allegedly caught stealing tubers of yam at Onitsha main market, Anambra state. He was forced to tie a tuber of yam round his neck with a rope.
