Photos: Police recovers 87 bags of stolen rice took away at gunpoint in Bauchi

 The arrest of  three suspects, who made away with a Toyota Hiace Bus conveying atotal number of 90 bags of rice at gunpoint along Adamu Jumba Road in Bauchi State. One Yusuf Hussaini, the driver was blindfolded and dumped at Firo village near Gubi Dam. However, only three bags were recovered from the suspects at the initial stage.

 

A statement signed by  SP Haruna Mohammed the spokesperson for the Bauchi State Police Command,  said that on Wednesday, the arrested suspects led police detectives to a place where Eighty five(85) more bags from the stolen rice were recovered. Which brought to a total of eighty seven (87) bags of rice so far recovered from the suspects.
