Founder of Amazon and it's CEO Jeff Bezos was world's richest man only for a few hours

Founder of Amazon and it's CEO Jeff Bezos became the richest man in the world on Thursday morning 27th July, when a sudden surge in Amazon stock made him $1.5 billion overnight. His net worth grew to over $90 billion that day. 

For several hours, Bezos was the richest person on earth, surpassing Microsoft founder Bill Gates who has $90 billion as his net worth .

Later in the day he lost the title when Amazon's stock dropped, returning him to his initial place as the second most richest person, with a net worth just below $90 billion.
