Meet Betty Webster, 87-years old: Guinness World Record holder for the largest collection of sunglasses with 1,506 pairs

Betty Webster from Hawaii surely has the coolest shades in town!

Since 2015, Betty has held the Guinness World Records title for the largest collection of sunglasses. At one thousand five hundred and six (1,506) pairs and counting, she has enough sunglasses such that, she can wear a new pair of it everyday without repeating for three years!

Over time, Betty has become a legend in her hometown of Kamuela, Hawaii, USA. She first started accumulating her novelty sunglasses in 1999, but the massive collection of the sunglasses really took off when people who visited the Hawaiian islands gave her more of the glasses.

At Betty's present age, she says that she enjoys wearing these elaborate sunglasses to make people smile.
