Memphis Depay, the Dutch professional footballer who plays as a winger for French club Lyon and the Netherlands national team flaunted his giant tattoo when he stepped out with  Lori Harvey, his fiancee who happens to be the youngest stepdaughter of talk show host, Steve Harvey.

The duo got engaged in California back in June made a romantic trip to the luxurious Italian Riviera and cruise down on a speedboat to Portofino.
