Patrick Kluivert's nine-year-old son, Shane Patrick signs Nike deal

Shane Patrick, the son of a former Dutch footballer and coach, and former director of football for Paris Saint-Germain in France, Patrick Kluivert, has signed a contract with sportswear giant  Nike.

The boy who is 9-years-old took to his Instagram account, where he has 120,000 followers, to share the good news. 

He wrote:

 "Very proud signed my first contract with @nike "

Proud father Patrick also shared the news on social. He wrote: "My son so proud of you @shanekluivert Just signed his first contract with @Nike at nine years #proud #love."

Apart from Shane's famous father, his elder brother Justin Kluivert, 18 years old, is a Dutch professional football player, who currently plays for Ajax as a right winger. This makes Shane Patrick the third member of the Kluivert family to make a name for himself.

Companies such as Adidas and Nike have talent identification departments which sign up promising young players.
